My question is why do you complain about your job so much?

Every job has its drawbacks.
And nobody can escape office politics.
You ought to think of all that you have.

Your pay is better than most people I know.
You have job security, insurance, vacations and a great house.
And that job enables you to support your family, wife, and kids.
You have no idea how great you have it.

If you have a vision, you should try it in a heartbeat.
